The Accounts Receivable Coordinator role supports the Firm’s U.S. accounts receivable management capability through execution of administrative and clerical tasks. Key responsibilities include the management of central email boxes, generating reports, executing processes, disseminating information and contributing to projects and other assignments.









Responsibilities






Essential Functions:  

  • Addresses inquiries, generates reports, manages central shared mailboxes
  • Disseminates information to partners, clients and colleagues
  • Executes departmental processes
  • Supports departmental tasks and projects
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 









Qualifications






Education/Training/Certifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree when the experience has been directly related to the functions of the job

 

Professional Experience: 

  • Minimum one year of professional experience preferred
  • Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment, preferred
