About the Role






The Administrative Coordinator – Workplace Experience is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience team. This role will be responsible for providing support to department leadership for the efficient execution of day-to-day responsibilities and is responsible for inter-department and cross-functional communication strategies and deliverables, while developing complex and thoughtful presentations conveying internal strategies, projects, and initiatives in a way that is concise, compelling, and easy for key stakeholders to comprehend. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. 









Responsibilities & Qualifications






Other key responsibilities include:

 

  • Developing complex and thoughtful presentations conveying internal strategies, projects, and initiatives in a way that is concise, compelling and easy for key stakeholders to comprehend
  • Developing agendas for virtual and in-person meetings keeping in mind the strategic priorities of the team
  • Developing a wide range of department communication and documentation content with a consistent, elevated style, and tone that is in line with design principles, and maintaining a strategic thread through all work
  • Storyboarding, developing, and editing visual content with a strong, intentional, and compelling narrative for varying stakeholder groups, exhibiting keen design thinking and an eye for detail
  • Performing executive support duties such as scheduling, booking travel, reservations, email inbox monitoring, submitting expenses, among other day-to-day responsibilities
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

 

We’d love to hear from you if you:

 

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills exhibited through written and verbal interactions and deliverables
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to operate independently

 

And have:

 

  • A High school diploma or an equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in communication and/or administration
  • Experience at a Professional Services firm, preferably
  • Experience in design or basic understanding of graphic design, preferably
