About the Role






The AI Solutions Consultant is an integral part of Latham’s Technology & Information Services team. This role will be responsible for leading and executing business process improvements through AI-powered solutions, while identifying process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and under-utilized resources across the firm. This role will be located in our Global Services Office in downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. 









Responsibilities & Qualifications






Other key responsibilities include:

 

  • Quantitatively mapping and evaluating the performance of key business processes
  • Leveraging the understanding of workflows, applications, and practices to support consultation services
  • Creating data-driven process improvement plans identifying key resources and gaps
  • Developing short- and long-term operational objectives, structure, and staffing
  • Managing process improvement projects from documentation to implementation
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

  • Exhibit proficiency in facilitating data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of AI technologies
  • Display the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams to solve complex, open-ended problems
  • Possess the ability to train and mentor colleagues, and demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and professional development

 

And have:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent; with a Master’s degree, preferably
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience

Pay Range






USD $120,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr.
