Responsible for coding, testing, debugging, documenting, installing, and designing complex programs and technology for the law firm, with a focus on internal and external clients, including but not limited to, attorneys, paralegals, administrative staff, and clients.  Analyze end user data needs and develop user-oriented solutions which interface with existing applications.  Write and configure structured applications and interface codes from specifications conforming to established methodologies and standards.  Implement unit testing for new and modified applications.  Participate in code reviews to represent reviewed work for adherence to standards and specifications.  Write and revise program documentation operations documentation and user guides in accordance with standards.  Maintain and provide support for in-house and third-party applications.  Conduct research to troubleshoot and address identified issues.  Identify and communicate the resources needed for assigned tasks and areas.  Monitor progress on tasks against plan, and reports status to appropriate people.  Translate detailed specifications and functional requirements into structured applications programs, scripts, network solutions, and requirements.  Requires: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a closely related field.  2 years of experience in any software developer role.  2 years of experience building applications on the .Net platform.  Demonstrated knowledge of Application Development using Microsoft .Net Framework, .Net Core, C#, React or Angular, and SQL Server.  Demonstrated experience developing and implementing SQL scripts, stored procedures, and ETL processes.  Demonstrated experience with rest API creation and consumption; full stack development; troubleshooting and root cause analysis; and entity framework code first and unit testing.  Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure Web Apps, Function Apps, Api Apps, and Logic apps.  The person in this position may work remotely from any location in the United States.  Send résumés to Katie Penquite, HR Manager-Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning, Husch Blackwell LLP, 4801 Main Street, Ste. 1000, Kansas City, MO 64112 or by email to katie.penquite@huschblackwell.com.
