About the Opportunity
The Client Liaison partners with law firm management to provide marketing and client relations services to new and existing clients. This includes marketing of new clients, maintaining client relationships, monitoring of client collection program, handling of questions and concerns by the client, providing reports to client, scheduling meetings and other duties that pertain to the client collection contracts.
Essential Duties
• Develops, implements and coordinates an effective marketing strategy for new clients.
• Learns about clients, current and potential, through research, relationships and contacts.
• Facilitates contact between clients, Attorneys and firm staff members.
• Has excellent follow-up skills to ensure that clients' needs are being met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Provides reports to clients, maintaining marketing & client spreadsheets for the firm.
• Assists with implementation of new clients and monitoring of client's program.
• Schedules meetings, visits, luncheons, events for new and current clients.
• Drives on behalf of the firm including attending conferences to market our services and entertain clients.
• Regular daily travel in the DFW and surrounding areas and occasional overnight travel.

Skills & Competencies
• General knowledge of court fines & fees and court collection practices.
• Experience in the development of relationships through business and social settings.
• Ability to work with City and County government officials and staff.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office suite and Excel Spreadsheet.
• Research and maintain up-to-date information regarding business competitors in the collection industry.
• Represent the firm professionally with proper business attire as well as ethical behavior.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service attitude.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong telephone communication skills.
• Ability to be timely and good mapping skills.
• Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications & Prior Experience
• Education (2 year degree or experience may substitute)
• Municipal Court Clerk experience - Level 2 or 3 preferred
• Court Administrator experience a plus
