Associate Attorney - Probate

The Law Office of Lena A. Clark is seeking a Probate Attorney position for our busy Estate Planning and Probate law firm in downtown Frederick. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in Probate law.

Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Meet with prospective clients
• Handle all aspects of Probate and Estate Administration
• Prepare Probate Accountings and Inventories
• Work directly with clients to gather missing information
• Help the Estate Planning team on an as-needed basis

Compensation depends on substantive experience in Probate law. Estate Planning and Medicaid experience is helpful but not required.
