Associate Litigation Attorney

You’ll be managing your own cases from start to finish, handling discovery, arguing motions, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with a supportive team dedicated to helping plaintiffs in personal injury and first-party insurance cases. In this role, you’ll act proactively to solve problems, stay adaptable, and maintain frequent, meaningful communication with clients.
You’ll have an opportunity to develop your litigation skills by going to trial, taking part in appeals, and making a real difference in the lives of clients. Our team fosters growth, rewards performance, and values empathy and initiative in every aspect of client advocacy.
About You:
You have at least three years of litigation experience and are a member of the Florida Bar. You’re proactive and empathetic, comfortable speaking in public, competitive and driven to win, and eager to learn and adapt. Strong communication skills are essential—you prefer resolving issues with a phone call over endless emails. You look forward to not having to track every minute.

Schedule and Location:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. While much of the work can be done remotely, you’ll need to be present for your first 3 months as we bring you up to speed. You’ll also need to be present for collaborative events, marketing and networking activities, and key firm activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Florida Bar membership.
At least three years of litigation experience, including discovery, depositions, and mediations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Trial experience is a plus but not required.
