We are currently seeking an Associate with plaintiff personal injury litigation experience to join our team in our Hartford, New Britain, Manchester and future locations. Friendly collegiate atmosphere.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned):

• Represent personal injury clients from intake through to case conclusion.


• Represent workers compensation clients from intake through case conclusion


• Ability to litigate cases, conduct effective discovery and engage in trial of matters to conclusion on behalf of firm clientele.


• Advance the legal causes of firm clientele by professional personal interaction with firm clientele; settlement abilities, litigation talent and ability to present claims in most favorable light using the facts and the law.


• Meet with clients and other professionals to discuss details of case

Required Education and Experience:

• Juris Doctor


• Admitted to the Connecticut Bar


• Minimum 3 years Plaintiff Personal Injury legal experience

Required Abilities and Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills


• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel and Word
