Pay Rate: $68,000 to $85,000 annually, plus potential for bonus program.

  • Conducts initial Client consultations and assessments to determine case viability.

  • Reviews relevant documentation, evidence, and Client information.



  • Provides appropriate legal advice and guidance to potential Clients and the Sales Team Members who assist Clients.

  • Determines case merits and recommends whether to proceed with representation always looking for possibilities to help Clients ("glass half-full approach").

  • Collaborates with other internal Attorneys and other Team Members as well as Referral Law Firms and external parties to gather additional information.

  • Ensures compliance with ethical standards.

  • Maintains accurate information of Client interactions and case details within the firm's Sales management systems.

  • Effectively utilizes available technology to successfully perform the duties of the position.

  • Stays informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, best practices, and trends affecting Sales procedures.

  • Collaborates with the firm's other Attorneys and the Sales Team in identifying and securing all viable cases.

  • Collaborates with the Sales Team to ensure timely and professional handling of all Client inquiries and concerns.

  • Must be willing to establish and build relationships with other professionals in the Communities we serve to enhance our brand recognition, Marketing efforts and Client service.

  • Travel may be required at times, including remote Client sign-up meetings.


Skills and Qualifications:



  • JD degree from an accredited college or university.

  • NC State Bar membership required (South Carolina Bar membership a plus and/or other additional State Bar memberships a plus).

  • 0 to 3 years' experience in personal injury related law preferred, but not required.

  • Demonstrated customer service experience and skills.

  • Must be able to exercise independent judgment to make decisions in carrying out assignments that have substantial impact on the Sales Team.

  • Ability to assist in leading and mentoring Sales Team Members; direct and motivate others; communicate effectively and use judgment, tact and discretion; quickly assimilate oral and written data, to analyze facts and draw logical conclusions; maintain collaborative Client/Team Member relations.
