The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven BDR Manager to lead and develop a small team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This role is ideal for a strategic leader who has successfully operated in a startup SaaS environment and is passionate about building high-performing sales teams. The BDR Manager will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and advancing the careers of their team members, with a focus on preparing them for promotion into Account Executive (AE) roles. Additionally, as our company scales, this person will have the potential to expand their leadership by managing the newly promoted AEs.
This position is Hybrid based in La Jolla, California working in-office Monday - Wednesday, and remotely Thursday & Friday.
