• Communicate with clients in Spanish to obtain treatment updates and necessary information
• Verify medical balances by gathering and reviewing medical documents
• Prepare demand packages by assembling medical bills
• Maintain client files by scanning and organizing records, bills, and paperwork
• Draft legal documents and demand letters as needed

• Stay informed about legal regulations and industry trends in personal injury cases

• Possess a high school diploma
• Have Paralegal certification or a relevant 2-year degree
• Proficiency in computer programs, such as spreadsheets, word processing, and case management software
• Outstanding organizational skills and excellent communication ability (both verbal and written)
• Demonstrate the capability to multitask and to work independently
• Provide 3-5 years of knowledge in case management
• Possess a background in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
• Experienced in Personal Injury Law in the state of Georgia
• Tech-savvy
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous experience as a Case Manager in personal injury law is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient in legal document preparation and research
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
