Bilingual Personal Injury Attorney– Dallas, TX  

The Wilhite Law Firm is seeking a Spanish-speaking Personal Injury Attorney to join our Dallas office. We need a highly skilled and experienced attorney who can hit the ground running with auto accident cases. If you have a strong background in auto-related personal injury litigation and are ready to contribute to a high-performing legal team, we want to hear from you! 


About the Role: 

This role requires an attorney with extensive experience handling auto accident cases from start to finish. The bulk of your caseload will be auto-related personal injury claims, and we are looking for someone who can immediately take charge. While 5+ years of experience is preferred, we may consider a highly skilled attorney with 3-4 years of dedicated auto PI experience. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Independently manage a high-volume caseload of auto accident personal injury cases 
  • Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and strategy development 
  • Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery responses 
  • Take and defend depositions 
  • Negotiate settlements and handle court hearings, arbitrations, and trials as necessary 
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and insurance companies 
  • Ensure that cases move efficiently through the litigation process while maintaining strong client relationships 



Requirements


 

Requirements: 

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing 
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required) 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience handling auto accident personal injury cases (will consider 3-4 years for the right candidate) 
  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload of auto-related PI cases with minimal supervision 
  • Strong litigation experience, including depositions, motions practice, and courtroom advocacy are a plus but not the focus 
  • Excellent negotiation skills 
  • Highly organized with strong case management abilities 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
