We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service and sales, outstanding communication skills, and a strong commitment to client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from potential clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide exemplary customer service to both clients and prospective clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Conduct in-depth initial consultations with potential clients to evaluate their cases and determine eligibility.
• Proactively follow up with potential clients to address inquiries and supply comprehensive information about our services.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for potential clients with attorneys, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Meet and consistently exceed sales goals through strategic outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to refine processes and enhance client engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with legal management software is a plus.

  Compensation Package:

• Hourly Rate: $25.00-30.00 per hour + commissions, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
