We're looking for a Bookkeeper.

This is an entry level accounting position and candidates employed in this position will work with a team to handle the accounting needs of the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of accounts payable & general accounting experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Ability to work a full time schedule--M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm (possible overtime, as needed).

Skills/Qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of accounts payable & general accounting principals
• Skilled at data entry & spreadsheets
• Computer skills are a must, specifically in Windows environment & Microsoft Office products--Outlook, Word, Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented & highly organized
