We are an outsourced marketing firm call center used by multiple law firms across the country. Our team helps source and screen personal injury leads for lawyers to retain and represent potential claims.
Our Call Center Sales Operation Supervisor will serve as an active liaison between our company and its employees. The successful candidate will relay company goals, quality standards, and processes & procedures to the representatives through servant leadership.
You will manage a team of 10-15 people while working in a positive atmosphere that promotes professional development, extensive training, and monthly bonus incentives. As a manager, youβll build sustainable relationships and engage employees by going the extra mile providing constant feedback through one-on-one and group coaching sessions, retaining and developing talent, listening to identify their needs, clarifying information, and being solution-focused.
