As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team.


As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our firm. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services to key stakeholders in the real estate industry. Your primary duties will include:

  • Plan and execute business development and relationship building events to foster growth.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and tailored communication with realtor contacts.
  • Review and utilize reports to stay updated on market trends and realtors in your market.
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder communication.
  • Active engagement on social media with current and prospective referral sources.
  • Coordinate appreciation efforts and celebratory events.
  • Input and assist in maintaining CRM data.
  • Analyze market dynamics for strategic planning.
  • Prepare reports for market insights, providing updates to Closing Attorneys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel between Anderson, Easley, Powdersville and surrounding area to meet with referral sources.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
