The Channel Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing the firm’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across multiple channels. This position is responsible for maintaining and updating the website, managing email campaigns, coordinating social media content, and supporting blogging and podcasting efforts. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to brand visibility and audience engagement through strategic content execution. Essential job duties include:
- Maintain and update website content, including copy edits, photos, badges, and graphic widgets, with occasional light HTML coding.
- Manage the attorney onboarding (publishing) and offboarding (content removal) process.
- Format and distribute client-facing legal updates, event invitations, podcast episodes, and other content using the content management system (CMS) and email marketing platform.
- Resize and format graphics for the website, including headshots, awards and accolades, and other frequently used assets.
- Create templated social media graphics for legal updates, podcasts, speaking engagements, and other marketing initiatives.
- Publish content to external blog sites, ensuring timely updates and ongoing site maintenance.
- Leverage platform analytics to gather insights, format reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to inform channel marketing strategies.
- Ensure data integrity by reviewing email bounce-back reports, updating contact information in the CRM, and maintaining data quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIRMENTS
- High school Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree in Marketing, Communications or related area preferred or combination of education and commensurate work experience required.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the legal industry or a professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including; CMS, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Vuture), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRM systems.
- Preferred experience with graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to develop visually compelling content.
- Ability to be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing a high-volume workload while collaborating across departments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with legal or professional services clients.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Creative skills for light content development, including design and copywriting.
- Ability to track and measure campaign results using data analytics and insights.
