  • Boost Client Engagement: Maximize lead conversion and build strong relationships by effectively communicating results from client calls and identifying prospects who should hire the firm.
  • Drive Results: Operate efficiently in both remote and office environments, keeping calls on track to hit goals and utilizing call reports and analytics to measure success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze call trends and opportunities, share insights to evolve the intake sales role, and participate in both sales and non-sales training to enhance skills.
  • Performance Transparency: Log call results rigorously after each interaction and communicate performance transparently to firm leaders.
  • College degree with at least 2 to 3 years of related sales or customer relationship experience.
  • Knowledge of legal processes, particularly in Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Estate Administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong client service orientation, capable of developing rapport and maintaining positive relationships, particularly on the phone or in a virtual meeting.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and record-keeping systems, including Microsoft Office and legal databases.
  • Outgoing personality, comfortable in sales meetings and networking events, with the ability to build partnerships with potential clients.
  • Strong work ethic, sense of accountability, and ability to take initiative and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
