As a Client Intake Specialist here at Ward Law Group, you will be working in a fast-paced and growing work environment, where you will put your customer service and sales knowledge and skills in action to help our clients and at the same time you will learn and develop new sales skills and growth your professional path. You will be working with our investigator team to help our prospective new clients over the phone with their questions, do’s and don’ts when involved in a car accident and so much more. You will guide our new and prospective clients through a hard and stressful time to find the best solution for their medical care and compensation for the injuries they have.
You will receive inbound calls and also meet in person in our office with our prospective new clients and will help them with great customer service skills to obtain the best legal service in the market.
