KRW is looking for a bright, detail oriented, and self-motivated individual to join the team as a Client Intake Specialist.  We are needing a customer service oriented person with an eye for detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

This position includes but not limited to duties such as: utilizing multi-line phone systems, greeting clients, reviewing legal documents, transcribing medical dictations, and performing vital signs in a clinical setting if needed. Standard admin duties including: e-filing, faxing, scanning, mailings, & scheduling.

 


  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients in a high call volume setting

  • Perform administrative duties including data entry, document management, and updating of databases

  • Coordinate and assist in sorting, filing, faxing, and copying documents

  • Facilitate communication between all departments

  • Assists in all other duties as assigned


 

Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years in an office/administrative setting

  • Experience using a multiline phone system

  • Strong attention to detail and organization

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office programs

  • Pleasant, personable and friendly attitude

  • Clean, professional appearance


 

Job Type: Full Time/ Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. (hybrid work schedule)
