We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Engagement Strategist with a background in bank teller services and client-facing roles. The ideal candidate will guide potential clients through the process, helping them understand their options and ensure a smooth transition into becoming a client. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients in a professional manner, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process.
  • Utilize client-focused engagement techniques to encourage prospective clients to proceed with their estate planning services.
  • Schedule and attend in-person meetings with potential clients, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
  • Manage client inquiries, build long-term relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution of legal services.
  • Stay informed about the latest estate planning trends and legal changes to provide clients with accurate information.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bank Teller Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a bank teller or in a similar financial services role.
  • Responsible, capable of adapting, and most importantly, TEAM PLAYER.
  • Experience in a client engagement or client services role, with a focus on client acquisition and relationship building.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients at once.
  • Customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in estate planning, financial services, or related legal fields.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
