As a Client Relationship Specialist - Legal Sales, you’ll play a key role in helping families navigate important decisions. You’ll educate potential clients, build trusting relationships, and convert initial consultations into lasting partnerships.


The primary responsibilities are:

Meet with potential new clients, earn their trust, educate them, and successfully convert them to clients. Additionally, complete needed documentation and notes, maintain information in the CRM system, and nurture relationships with clients and potential new clients that do not convert at the Initial consult.

We are interested in candidates with 2 years of experience in (B2C Required) sales of products or services (luxury or high-end products and services).


This person is required to have a successful track record using a consultative sales approach without a hard sales mentality. In this position, you will be responsible for conveying the importance of estate planning and probate services to potential clients, encouraging them to take action to enhance their lives!


The ability to collaborate effectively with our team is crucial, requiring passion and the skill to tailor solutions to meet clients' unique needs and objectives. Please note that this is an individual contributor role working closely with a team. No management responsibilities included. 


Please be informed that this position does not support remote work and follows a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Applicants should reside within a 30-minute commute of Marietta, GA.

  • Engaging in meaningful conversations with potential clients and referral sources for the purpose of describing how our legal services can help them. These may be done in person, by phone, or by Zoom.
  • Maintaining contact with people considering elder law services to keep the door open for them to walk through when they are ready.
  • Assuring potential clients that the Firm is able to help them, showing compassion, and explaining how we can improve their lives.
  • Working with other marketing professionals within the Firm to improve the marketing and sales funnel, improving the quality and volume of leads, and offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on "front lines" experience.
  • Recommending improvements and deploying systems that run the sales process efficiently and profitably.
  • Keep meticulous and comprehensive notes and client information within the CRM.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact with new clients through the onboarding process.
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales of products or services, luxury or high-end products and services are preferred. (B2C Required) 
  • A proven track record using a consultative sales approach is required.
  • Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or communication is preferred.
  • Strong capability and experience in consultative solutions selling.
  • Experience with CRM, particularly reporting, is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required. (Strong in Excel).
  • Knowledge of the legal industry is helpful but not required.
