Key Points:

Job Title: Paralegal - Client Services

Location: Albany, NY, US

Available Shifts: Full-time daytime shifts from either 9:30 am - 6:00 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (includes a 30-minute lunch break). Possibility of night and weekend shifts following completion of training.

Additional Details: No prior experience in a law firm is necessary - all essential training is provided and compensated for.

Essential Functions:

  • Respond to incoming phone calls, initiate outbound follow-up, and address inquiries through live chat and website submissions
  • Use the electronic case management system to open new cases and schedule follow-up tasks when necessary
  • Conduct meetings with individuals who visit in person to collect essential details for evaluating their eligibility based on the firm's criteria
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned
