Collections Specialist - Bilingual

The Collections Specialist will process installment credit card payments, resolve declined credit cards and make collection calls on delinquent accounts. Applicants should have at least 1 year of heavy phone collections experience. Good computer skills and phone etiquette are necessary for this position.
