1. Community Outreach:

  • Act as a representative of the firm at local networking events, business functions, and community gatherings, promoting our estate planning services and increasing awareness of the importance of planning for the future.
  • Develop, plan and deliver engaging presentations that clearly convey the benefits of estate planning and our firm’s expertise.

2. Sales and Client Acquisition:

  • Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to identify their estate planning needs and present our range of legal services.
  • Engage in proactive sales outreach, utilizing phone calls, emails, and networking efforts to generate leads and new business opportunities.
  • Follow up with leads to answer questions, address concerns, and move them through the sales process.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and referral partners, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout the engagement.
  • Facilitate seamless transitions for new cases to the legal team, ensuring clients feel supported and confident in their decision to move forward with our services.
  • Provide clients with transparent, professional guidance, building trust and rapport along the way.

4. Sales Goals and Reporting:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by managing a pipeline of leads and conversions, using CRM tools to track interactions and progress.
  • Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, lead generation efforts, and client engagement activities.

  • Learn quickly and stay motivated in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Navigate technology proficiently, with experience using CRM systems a plus.
  • Uphold firm policies while maintaining a positive team culture and client-first mindset.


Preferred Experience:

  • Previous sales or client intake experience, preferably in legal, healthcare, or other service-oriented industries.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a consultative sales role.
  • A passion for helping others and providing meaningful services to clients during pivotal life events.
