If you enjoy working with team members whose defining characteristics are exceptional client service, initiative, professionalism, responsiveness, and adaptability, you may be the person we are seeking to join our Finance Operations department in our Chicago office as a Lead Revenue Specialist.

 

This role processes conflict of interest searches timely and accurately, following very detailed search rules, process documentation and instructions from Intake Analysts.









Responsibilities






  • Searches internal and external databases, as well as Internet sources, for information on companies and individuals for business intake purposes
  • Completes daily search assignments on time, producing high quality conflict reports using state of the art technology tools
  • Handles highly sensitive and confidential search requests
  • Responds to inquiries from conflicts lawyers and requesting lawyers about conflict searches, and perform additional research as requested








Qualifications






Education/Training/Certifications:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree when the experience has been directly related to the functions of the job

 

Professional Experience: 

  • Previous law firm conflicts research experience, preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • May require occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
