The candidate for this associate position must have 4+ years of experience with a variety of legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, angel/venture/private equity financings, entity formation, joint ventures, LLC operating agreements, securities offerings and compliance, and contract drafting and negotiations. Shulman Rogers is a 100+ attorney, entrepreneurial law firm with a dynamic business and finance practice. Associates work closely with attorneys who previously worked at AMLAW 100 law firms and understand business.
