JOB DESCRIPTION


Job Title: Creative Producer



Job Summary:


The Creative Producer is a skilled professional responsible for overseeing the creative aspects of


production for Team RJon. The Creative Producer will manage the development of creative projects


from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the


highest standards. They will write, shoot, and edit projects and ensure that the vision for the project is


realized.



Supervisory Responsibilities: None



Duties/Responsibilities:


• Manage the creative development process from concept to final delivery


• Write, shoot, and edit projects to develop and execute creative concepts


• Develop project timelines and manage project budgets


• Oversee the production of creative assets, including video, audio, and digital social media


content


• Ensure that all creative work meets HTM brand guidelines and quality standards


• Provide creative direction and feedback to team members


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices


• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively



Required Skills/Abilities:


• Proven work experience as a Creative Producer or in a similar creative role


• Excellent leadership and project management skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and client needs


• Experience in video production, advertising, or marketing


• Proficiency in project management software and tools


• Experience with budget management and financial reporting


• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills


• Experience with team management and collaboration


• Portfolio of successful projects and campaigns



Education and Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as film, media, or communications preferred


• Potential Newsroom Experience



Physical Requirements:


• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.


• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.



Travel: Occasional travel may be required for quarterly conference participation



Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:


This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are to be determined in conjunction with


supervisor. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
