- You will be responsible for qualifying clients for representation in Personal Injury cases!
- All leads are inbound calls!
- Communicating with Intake Manager and legal support team members about facts on each potential case
- Sending and receiving Intake documents
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Evenings and Weekend Shifts
- Strong sales knowledge, and signing on new clients
- Bilingual
- Spanish & English (Must be fluent)
- 3-5 years of experience in similar legal intake roles/ sales/ call center space
- CRM/CMS experience
