We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work with large datasets of leads, applying your strong analytical skills to uncover trends and insights from both operational and financial perspectives. Your analyses will drive critical business decisions aimed at optimizing efficiency and success across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Interpretation:

• Analyze large volumes of lead data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Perform exploratory data analysis to support both operations and financial decision-making.

• Utilize statistical techniques and data mining methods to extract actionable insights.

Reporting & Visualization:

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Present complex data in an accessible format to support strategic business decisions.

• Provide regular updates on performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration & Strategy Support:

• Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to understand business needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.

• Support the development of data-driven strategies to enhance lead quality, conversion rates, and overall business performance.

Data Management & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and cleaning processes.

• Collaborate with IT or data engineering teams to enhance data collection and storage practices.

• Continuously monitor data flows to detect and resolve discrepancies or issues.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics.

• Propose innovative solutions and methodologies to improve the lead generation process and overall business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a lead generation, marketing, or related industry.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, MySQL, Python, etc.)

• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) to create interactive dashboards and reports.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and extract meaningful insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and data mining techniques.

• Experience working with operational and financial data is a plus.

Additional Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a related field.

• Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics.

• Knowledge of CRM systems and lead generation tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
