The Data Integration Developer, SR is responsible for managing and unifying large amounts of data from various sources into coherent, usable data sets. They use their expertise in programming languages and data management tools to ensure the integrity and security of the data. While designing, developing, testing, and deploying data integration processes between disparate systems.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable data pipelines
- Strong technical skills in data integration tools like SQL, ETL, and APIs to extract, transform and load data from different sources.
- Expert knowledge in databases and data modeling to design and implement efficient and robust data integration solutions.
- Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases
- Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
- Implement data flow solutions for real-time and batch data processing
- Resolve data-related problems and ensure data quality and integrity
- Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and address data needs
- Maintain and support data analytics platforms
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and big data technologies for handling and integrating large volumes of data.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence principals and methodologies
- Additional duties as required.

- Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in Computer science or Management Information Systems with at least five to seven years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in large scale system implementation efforts following a standard software development lifecycle approach.
- Strong knowledge of multiple industry software development methodologies, including Agile, RUP and Waterfall at a minimum.
- Strong analytical skills to understand business requirements and convert them into data models and integration processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Data Scientists, ETL Developers, Business Analysts, and other team members to deliver data integration projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft data technologies (MS SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services, Reporting Services, Business Intelligence, or Analyst Services)
- Highly skilled in Enterprise Data Warehousing technologies (Kimball or Inmon).
- The ability to effectively present information to IT management, technical groups, and/or project teams.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
