Defense Litigation Attorney

Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Defense Litigation group in its New York office.

Position Requirements:

• Must be admitted to the New York bar in good standing.  New Jersey bar admission is a plus.
• Ideal candidates will have experience with general defense litigation, including tort litigation, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, automobile, and general liability matters.
• Ideal candidate quickly grasps new concepts while maintaining quality work product and excellence in client service.
• Occasional travel for in-person court proceedings is required
• Candidates should also have the ability to draft complicated opinions, motions, and legal memoranda in a clear and concise matter.
