We are seeking a full-time Design & Communications Coordinator with three or more years of experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The Position:


The position will support the firm’s branding initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with the firm’s brand and goals, as well as manage the firm’s social media presence (e.g. LinkedIn). Additionally, the position will coordinate design and PowerPoint requests, manage project timelines, support external and internal designs and communications, and contribute to the creation of impactful visual content. This position will be based in our Portland office and will include flexibility to work remotely on a regular basis. 


The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to and work within the firm's client service-focused culture; have the ability to remain calm, focused, and professional while working with diverse personalities of attorneys, clients, and co-workers in a deadline-driven, high-expectation environment; and be able to work both independently and collaboratively. The candidate must also have strong oral, written communication, and organizational skills. A college degree is required, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Experience in a legal or professional services environment or related area a plus.


Candidates must have demonstrated a proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite. Skills and previous experience with marketing technologies a plus (CRM, email marketing platforms, web maintenance).

The Location:


This is a hybrid position. When working onsite in our physical office, this position will work out of our new offices located in a neighborhood with a vibrant, energetic streetscape. Located in the 11W building (1140 SW Washington Street) in downtown Portland, our offices reside in a recently completed 25-story mixed-use tower with curated ground-floor retail and underground parking. The property is a member of the West End Security District, which provides the neighborhood with highly effective private security and cleaning services.
