The Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee all digital marketing strategies for the organization, in collaboration with the VP of Marketing. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing initiatives aimed at increasing online brand recognition and awareness amongst target audiences. This position will cover digital advertising, management of social media presence, conducting market research, and delivering insightful reporting to gauge the effectiveness of implemented strategies.




Salary


This role has a target salary of $60,000 to $65,000 annually, based upon various factors including location, experience, and education.




Core Job Responsibilities



  • Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company.

  • Develop and maintain digital marketing strategy.

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

  • Track and analyze all marketing data to help shape future strategies.

  • Create and maintain department analytics dashboard and reports.

  • Monitor department projects and their status




Duties Include


Digital content creation and execution for:



  • All social channels

  • Email marketing campaigns

  • Website Blogs

  • Video storytelling (including conducting patient/ staff interviews)



Creating and Managing:



  • Content calendar and social channel postings

  • Digital advertising campaigns for social and web

  • Analytics and Reporting for digital marketing efforts

  • SEO/SEM strategies and tactics



Manage digital marketing software, including:



  • SEMRush

  • Constant Contact

  • Google Analytics

  • Google Ads – Grant account and traditional display ads account

  • Canva

  • WordPress

  • Other analytics and marketing software as it applies.



Collaboration with Marketing VP on:



  • Accessia Health website updates and optimizations

  • Department project management/tasks

  • Marketing strategy and implementation

  • Market research to inform strategy




Required Education and Experience



  • 3-5 years experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role within the nonprofit or healthcare industries.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.

  • Experience in creating engaging digital content for diverse channels, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and video storytelling.

  • Strong analytical skills with a history of effectively using data to drive marketing decisions.

  • Previous experience in managing SEO/SEM strategies and tactics.

  • Familiarity with key marketing software, including SEMRush, MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, WordPress, and other relevant tools.

  • Collaborative experience with website updates and optimizations.

  • Knowledge of market/industry research methodologies and their application in shaping marketing strategies.
