About the Role

The Director, Inside Sales is the primary driver for ensuring our sales team continues to perform and provide exceptional service. The Director, Inside Sales will gather feedback through measured KPIs and observations to drive improvements. They build relationships, manage, and provide direct insights through coaching to the staff.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the operations of assigned Inside Sales Teams
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers who operate Sales Teams, including managing and improving performance
  • Direct workload management for your team, partnering with the Intake Team leadership, peer Directors, supervised Managers, and Human resources to design, stand up, and monitor, and activate individuals and team level performance, remediating as necessary
  • Deeply understand and lead the key activities that drive success of your teams, leveraging data driven insights in decision making
  • Translate customer feedback and insights into valuable recommendations
  • Ensure a continuous model of improvement is employed in the management and leadership of your sales teams
  • Performance Management including coaching and development
  • Ensure personal knowledge and institutional knowledge gained throughout the development of your sales teams are easily transferable by partnering with stakeholders, including Learning and Development, to build playbooks and other documentation

  • Embody an eagerness to learn from others, learn from mistakes, and crowd source tactical activities and strategic development from Quintessa Marketing colleagues and direct reports while retaining responsibility for decisions that impact the company
  • Ensure directly managed sales teams are aligned with budget and leadership responsibilities
  • Partner with your leadership team to plan resource requirements and timelines of execution
  • Take on sales calls yourself when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years in a role leading leaders
  • Managed 50 - 60+ people at any given time
  • Call Center Leadership
  • Excitement about working for a fast growing, fast paced, industry disruptor
  • Be okay with a schedule that may not be M-F / 8-5

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the PI Legal industry
  • Familiarity with Call Center Sales environments
