Carrollton Injury Law is an award-winning and fast-growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Carrollton, TX (DFW area). This role is essential to the continued growth of our Firm and wins by effectively communicating our mission and generating responses from “A” clients for the Firm. Our legal representation is geared towards creating happy clients who find it easy to give us 5-star ratings at the conclusion of their legal matter because we do not treat them like a number.


We need a bright, creative, and compassionate person who can convey what differentiates our Firm from other injury firms: "We put Personal back into Personal Injury Law." You will work closely with our Firm’s owner and develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other marketing professionals to help us realize our vision of helping more people! In this role, you will have the opportunity to be the force that brings our Firm's marketing endeavors to life.

  • Create, implement, and evaluate the Firm's marketing plan, based on the established objectives, market characteristics, and budget
  • Track and report deep metrics to determine ROI for implemented marketing efforts
  • Manage, enhance, and grow our client and professional referral programs
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns; maintain an active presence across all social media platforms; tabulate and provide bi-weekly reports to the Owner of engagements and new followers
  • Develop content for periodic newsletters (digital and print), along with brochures and other promotional materials, and direct mail campaigns
  • Coordinate online and in-person events
  • Promote online reviews from the existing client list 
  • Create landing pages for digital marketing campaigns
  • Produce short videos for education blogs and social media purposes
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or similar relevant field
  • Law firm or other relevant work experience in a service environment
  • Heavy direct response experience, including digital platforms
  • Google Analytics and SEO familiarity
  • Social media management experience
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Demonstrable project experience/portfolio of work
  • Experience with Office suite, including Excel, and the ability to prepare and present metrics reporting
  • Strong presentation design skills
  • Innovative, growth-minded, out-of-the-box thinker
