Our environment is driven by purpose and our team is focused on achieving results. The role of the Sales department Director is to boost the firm's revenue by leading the sales team and implementing sales strategies, policies, and goals. The total compensation package for this role is $200,000.

  • Lead and oversee the sales team to ensure they meet agreed commitments effectively
  • Strategize and coordinate daily sales team activities to optimize sales efficiency and align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture Team to fulfill staff, onboarding, and training requirements for goal achievement
  • Ensure clear communication of the value proposition to clients by the team
  • Develop strategies to establish a strong brand identity
  • Establish and manage sales budgets for the department
  • Generate accurate and comprehensive sales reports for leadership review
  • Conduct performance management activities with the sales team, including 1-2-1 meetings and reviews
  • Uphold and enhance the firm's core values within the team culture
  • Identify knowledge gaps in the team and implement plans for skill development

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 6+ years of Sales leadership/management experience
  • Leadership and management experience in a growing organization is a must
  • Experience monitoring, tracking, reporting, and coaching employee metrics and performance
  • Proficient with CRM database, Microsoft Office, and Mac OS required
