Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize technical operations and service delivery
Align technology operations with business objectives and growth strategies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Lead, mentor and manage the managed services team
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
Identify skills gaps and training needs, and develop training programs to enhance team capabilities
Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, document accomplishments, and provide regular feedback and career paths to team members
Oversee the delivery of managed services to clients, ensuring high levels of service quality, reliability, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, and implement corrective action (as necessary)
Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with clients, to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Coordinate with team to ensure optimal allocation of resources
Monitor resource utilization, capacity, and availability
Collaborate with sales to understand client requirements, objectives and pain-points to develop customized solutions/proposals
Assist in designing solutions to meet clients needs, business goals, technical requirements and budgetary constraints
Lead and oversee the solutions team in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues
Oversee and manage the network operations team, ensuring continuous monitoring, patching, and deployment of client’s agreed-upon services
Assist with the development of annual budget for technical operations, including equipment, operating expenses and resource allocation
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, and implement cost optimization strategies to achieve financial targets
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align technical operations with customer success strategies
Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build relationships
Present technical updates and performance metrics to key stakeholders
Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business management in IT industry is preferred
Business-minded individual with excellent communication skills
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
7-10 years’ experience in management experience
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management within the company
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000/year based on experience
