- Assist in drafting legal documents for estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Communicate professionally with clients to gather necessary information, clarify legal procedures, and address any concerns related to estate planning.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on estate planning laws and regulations to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Maintain and organize client files meticulously, ensuring all essential documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Work closely with attorneys to review and finalize estate planning documents, making any required revisions to ensure legal compliance.
- Attend client meetings, whether in-person or virtually, to explore estate planning options, review paperwork, and respond to client queries.
- A Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification is mandatory for this role.
- Previous experience in Estate Planning as a paralegal is a requirement for this position.
