  • Assist in drafting legal documents for estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to gather necessary information, clarify legal procedures, and address any concerns related to estate planning.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on estate planning laws and regulations to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
  • Maintain and organize client files meticulously, ensuring all essential documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Work closely with attorneys to review and finalize estate planning documents, making any required revisions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Attend client meetings, whether in-person or virtually, to explore estate planning options, review paperwork, and respond to client queries.
  • A Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification is mandatory for this role.
  • Previous experience in Estate Planning as a paralegal is a requirement for this position.
  • The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of legal protocols and paperwork related to estate planning.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, and other legal professionals are essential.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are vital qualities required for this opportunity.
