We are experiencing significant growth and require the assistance of a skilled paralegal to fill a need in our Estate Administration Department.
Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Drafting of all petitions and letters (probate, administration, accounting)
- Corresponding and following up with clients and the Court
- Department calendar management
- Department project management
- General administrative duties; filing and scanning
Required:
- Formal training and study as a paralegal ideal, minimum of 3 years experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
- Experience with e-filing.
Salary Rage: 70k-90K
