Job Summary
Price Benowitz LLP currently has an opening for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Operation Team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the efficient operation of all aspects of the Firm’s operations. This role requires strong technical skills, written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills as well as a positive attitude and attention to detail.  

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks and provide support to members of the Operation Team.
  • Tech savvy with the ability to assist with most of the day-to-day low-level tech support needs of the team.
  • Scheduling meetings, coordinating the arrival of vendors and guests, handling mail and packages, responding to phone calls and emails, and high touch interaction with attorneys and staff.
  • Arrange appointments and manage calendars for the Operation Team.
  • Managing meeting logistics, including calendaring, preparation of materials, and coordinating with related teams.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitors and orders inventory of office supplies.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments within the organization.
  • Performing other duties as assigned as needed.
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of executive assistant experience, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail oriented and a great communicator, with strong ability to multi-task.
  • Extensively proficient in Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Meet, Calendar) and Slack.
  • Reliable, competent, self-motivated, well-spoken, good humored and able to work with people at all levels.
  • Able to prioritize workflow, manage their own desk, and work independently with minimal supervision.
