Job Summary

Price Benowitz LLP currently has an opening for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to 1 or more Partners.
  • The Executive Assistant will be responsible for facilitating communication, preparing reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • The Executive Assistant should have a friendly and outgoing personality and be comfortable speaking with current and past clients on behalf of the Partner.
  • The Executive Assistant must also be tech-savvy and able to help the Partner and others with minor tech issues.
  • This role requires strong technical skills, written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills as well as a positive attitude and attention to detail.Β Β 
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks and facilitate communication with key stakeholders
  • Schedule meetings, respond to phone calls and emails, facilitate client communications, and provide a first-class interaction with attorneys and staff.
  • Arrange appointments and manage calendar for Partner(s).
  • Manage meeting logistics, including calendaring, preparation of materials, and coordinating with related teams.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments within the organization.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of executive assistant experience, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Familiarity with CRM strongly preferred.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail oriented and a great communicator, with strong ability to multi-task.
  • Extensively proficient in Microsoft Suite particularly Excel.
  • Learns new software programs quickly.
  • Reliable, competent, self-motivated, well-spoken, good humored and able to work with people at all levels.
  • Able to prioritize workflow, manage their own desk, and work independently with minimal supervision.
