Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Maintains individual Managing Partner's calendar.

  • Prepares monthly expense reimbursement for the Managing Partner.

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Managing Partner and/or other assigned leadership staff.

  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for the Managing Partner and/or other assigned leadership staff.

  • Arrange travel and accommodations for the Managing Partner and/or other assigned leadership staff.

  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of the Managing Partner, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff at the direction of the Managing Partner.

  • Performs additional duties as assigned by the Manager Partner and/or other assigned leadership staff.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.



  • Screens incoming calls, and greets clients, and visitors.

  • Maintains files and all other general administrative tasks.

  • Delegates workflow and areas needing assistance with word processing.

  • Retrieves files when requested.


Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.

  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.

  • Able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.

  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.


Education and Experience:



  • A high school diploma is required, and a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.



  • At least five years of related experience is required.
