Position Description



This is an on-site position only. 



The Executive Assistant to the CEO serves as the primary method of contact both internally and externally for the Chief Executive Officer. This individual will have strong attention to detail, above-average analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, maintaining a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion when needed.

 

Minimum Position Requirements   



Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent education preferred.     

Work Experience:  Minimum 6 years as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.

 

Essential Functions / Duties Performed Regularly: 


  • Review, design, and execute on executive initiatives

  • Supporting senior executives by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating appointments.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, while adapting easily to changing business needs.

  • Ability to run projects and events from start to finish independently.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective operations.

  • Exceptional organization with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on critical thinking and implementation.

  • Flexible and adaptable; excels in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Personable and approachable, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude; willing to take on diverse tasks as they arise.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.

  • Strong proficiency with office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of accountability.

  • Discretion and confidentiality, as they are essential in this role.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Physical Requirements  



Standing, walking, sitting, movements and use of mechanical controls, such as keyboard, are frequently required.
