• Prepare well-drafted legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and orders to represent clients effectively
• Advocate proficiently on behalf of clients in various legal proceedings, ensuring their interests are protected

• Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree
• Have 5+ years of experience in Texas Family Law
• Salary will be based on the candidate's level of experience; well-experienced and/or board-certified attorneys at a higher range
• Should be capable of managing all aspects of family law cases, starting from initial pleadings to discovery, mediation, temporary hearings, trial, final order, and post-judgment
