We are in need of a seasoned Family Law Legal Assistant in Wexford, PA, US. This role requires providing top-tier administrative support and personal aid to our professional team. T


The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in project management, calendar organization, and overseeing office operations. This position plays a vital role in enhancing customer service quality and optimizing office efficiency.


The successful candidate will be adept at working proactively and reactively, seamlessly integrating into our team dynamics. Achieving success in this role calls for a results-driven mindset and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Manage and update the company and executive calendars with precision, ensuring accurate scheduling and making necessary adjustments.
  • Handle document creation, maintenance, archiving, and retrieval for departmental files, both physical and digital, with a focus on efficient organization.
  • Regularly update client management software by creating dashboards to maintain current data and optimize system functionality.
  • Produce various forms of communication such as letters, emails, memos, presentations, and reports.
  • Diligently process and file incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide support for various projects and assist in accomplishing team objectives and company goals.
