We are seeking an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant in Pittsburgh, PA, US to provide exceptional administrative support and personal assistance to our professional team. The ideal candidate will excel in project management, calendar organization, and office operations oversight. This role is crucial in delivering top-notch customer service and improving office efficiency. The ability to work both proactively and reactively, seamlessly integrating into our team, is key. Success in this position requires a results-oriented approach and precise attention to detail.

  • Docket Control and Calendar Management: Continuously manage and update the company and executive calendars, ensuring precise scheduling and constant adjustments. The role demands meticulous attention to detail due to the business's reliance on calendared events.
  • Document Handling and File Management: Create, maintain, archive, and retrieve departmental files both physically and on cloud drives. This includes scanning and organizing documents efficiently.
  • Client Management Software Updates: Regularly create dashboards in the client management software system to ensure current data and functionality.
  • Document Production: Generate various forms of communication including letters, emails, memos, presentations, and reports.
  • Mail Processing: Handle the processing and filing of incoming and outgoing mail diligently.
  • Project Assistance: Support a variety of projects and perform additional duties as required to facilitate team efforts and company goals.
