- Represent clients on immigration matters, including court appearances
- Conduct client consultations, prepare them for interviews, and coordinate with external agencies
- Supervise the work of paralegals, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and document preparation
- Draft motions, orders, judgments, and status updates as needed
- Maintain client confidentiality and manage case files efficiently
- JD Degree and License to practice in at least one US State
- 3+ years of immigration law experience, including family-based immigration cases
- Experience with removal defense and litigation in Immigration Court
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities independently, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
