Responsibilities and Duties

• Client Counseling On Cutting-edge ME and AI modeling matters
• USPTO Office Actions Candidate will respond to office actions with the USPTO.
• IP Strategy

Qualifications and Skills

• Degrees Ideal candidates will have an Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar degrees. Advanced degrees are preferred. 
• Ideally, 2+ years of patent prosecution experience
• Top grades.
• Outstanding writing ability is required. 
• USPTO admitted.

Anticipated Base Salary Range:

The anticipated base salary range is $95,000-$140,000 per year. Actual salary will depend on several factors including but not limited to specific qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
