Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all phases of commercial litigation cases, from initial consultation through trial and appeal.
  • Develop and implement strategic litigation plans to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide clear legal guidance and updates on case progress.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm's knowledge base.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of trial experience in commercial litigation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Strong courtroom presence and effective oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
